The New Zealand Home Heating Association is a trade organisation, comprising most of NZ's leading manufacturers, retailers and installers, and is dedicated to providing professional services and advice to it's members and their customers.

THE ASSOCIATION'S MAIN OBJECTIVES ARE:

1. Encourage our members to supply products and services of the highest quality.
2. Provide assistance to the industry with the solving of business and employment problems.
3. Provide industry technical and management education to improve the manner in which the product and service is offered for sale.
4. Provide regional and national representation to Government and other industry organisations such as the Department of Building & Housing, Standards New Zealand and Regional Authorities.
5. Actively promote our products and services offered to our members.
6. Develop and increase the level of services in a generic sense to the consumer.
7. Ensure that our members comply with the Code of Ethics. The most important of these is "To perform all contracts at all times recognising the rule of the industry in contributing to the comfort and safety of the public".

If these objectives are carried out then the home owner or occupier will get satisfaction from both the Manufacturers who supply the appliances, the Retailer who sells them, and the Installer.
